Geetanjali ‘Pushpa Vatika’ Handpainted Madhubani sky blue Tussar Silk Saree .
One of our favourite colours , this saree comes in a bright combination of blue and Beige Tussar silk. In this saree we have depicted Goddess Sita with her friends in the Pushpa vatika, where she first laid her eyes on Lord Rama before Swayamvar. It is the flower garden where Lord Ram and Goddess Sita met for the first time. Lord Ram and Laxman went to the garden to pluck flowers for their Guru.
The saree depicts their beautiful meetup under a tree in Madhubani Painting Style. The Tree, Peacocks, Birds and Sun add to the beauty and charm of this scene from Ramayana. The Authentic Madhubani Borders depict friends of Sita carrying flowers.
Each piece of saree takes 21 days for an artisan to sketch.
It comes with a handpainted blouse of its own.
Dry clean only
There might be slight difference in colour of the saree due to camera lights
